Social (with light supper)

In previous years (except during Covid) we always had an enjoyable pre-AGM social and meal for members and their guests. If there is sufficient interest, we will do that again this year at SMU, with a cash bar and a light supper. The light buffet supper will include hummus and pita bread, Thai chicken salad, coconut shrimp, bacon wrapped scallops, desert platter, muffins, tea and coffee. Note that there will be a charge of $30 per person for the Social with light supper. But if you plan to attend it, we offer a $5 discount on memberships (good until Aug. 31st2025) taken out or renewed by April 30th.

** SHOW OF INTEREST **
To know if there will be enough people (about 30) in order to have the Social, we need a show of interest by April 21st.
Please let the Secretary ([email protected]) know if you’d like to attend the Social and whether or not you’ll bring a guest.

AGM

This is a public event, but only members can vote on motions.
You may attend in person at SMU or CBU, or at home via ZOOM.
