163rd Annual General Meeting

Monday, 6th May 2024

The 163rd Annual General Meeting of the NSIS, will be held at 6:30pm ADT on Monday, May 6th, 2024. It will be followed by the May Public Lecture at 7:30pm at CBU and on ZOOM.

NOTE: Due to low sign-up rate, there will NOT be a Social/Dinner preceding the AGM. Note also that the room number at SMU has changed.

  • AGM:  6:30pm Room S310, Science Bldg., Saint Mary’s University, Halifax, N.S. AND Room 203, Shannon Bldg., Cape Breton Univ., Sydney, N.S.
  • Public Lecture: 7:30pm in Room S310, Science Bldg., SMU and Updated Location: RBC Lecture Theatre, Student Culture & Heritage Centre, CBU

NSIS Members have been sent emails describing some of the items on which they will be asked to vote. A detailed Agenda will be sent at the end of April.


This is a public event, but only members can vote on motions. 
You may attend in person at SMU or CBU, or at home via ZOOM.
