NSIS invites you to participate in our planned excursion in October on the subject of “The Art and Science of Making Beer.” Details are contained in the excursion poster. It will take place at the Garrison Brewery in Halifax and will include a lecture by Dr. Gordon McOuat (U. King’s) and a tour of the facilities to see the art and science in action. The excursion is open to NSIS members and their guests, and the cost is $20/person.

The event will be start at 7:00pm on either Sat. Oct. 8th or Fri., Oct. 14th, depending on which date is preferred by the most people.
